Smoking: NO smoking, including e-cigarettes, inside the property.

Pets:  NO pets allowed.

Parties and events: NO parties or events.

Quiet hours: From 10:00 PM till the Next Day, 07:00 AM.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy (which includes taking out trash and washing dishes; trash is usually picked up on Friday Morning).

Check-in/check-out: 04:00 PM / 11:00 AM

Guest limit: The number of guests allowed is 8 Adults (+ 2 infants in your own travel crib allowed)

Commercial photography: Guests may use photography or filming, but obtain the host's permission prior to the event (since events are not allowed, commercial photography or filming will be very limited).

Once you turn on the TV will prompt you to a welcome screen and will give you the option to choose a checkout date. You can't bypass this step.
