Annlia House Guide

I’m excited you decided to book my House! Thank you. Here’s everything you need to know to check in:

Come to our address to check in anytime after 4 PM (Checkout time will be 11 AM or earlier).

We have a Smart Lock on the door. Just enter the code that was sent to you via Airbnb messenger, and you’re all set. Then, at check-out, just turn off /close the things (lights, front/back door, windows,...).

If you have any non-emergency questions, please message me on Airbnb*. I’ll be quick to respond, I promise.

If you need to reach me, I have a mobile number for you in case of an emergency (Please see the welcome letter on the table in the living room).

Also, Non-Emergency Police number 505-242-2677 for emergencies, please call 911

Just as a reminder, the maximum occupancy is 8 Adults (we have 4 rooms with one bed each). If you have infants traveling with you, you can bring your own travel crib.

Internet/WiFi Access:

-Free WiFi is available. The network information will be printed and left on the living room table.

Parking

There are 3 parking spots in front of the house, and there are some available in the street. Please note that if your car is leaking any fluids other than water or condensation, we will ask you to remove it from the property or the street ASAP. Damages resulting from the car's leaks will be charged separately at the cost of the professional cleaner.

The garage is NOT available!

TV:

-All the TVs have a Roku-based OS and are all set to GUEST MODE. What does this mean?  When you first power up the TV, you will be asked for your checkout date. Besides the channels you can watch from the LIVE TV or TV Guide list, you can ADD your own subscription for your favorite streaming platform, and wherever you choose for checkout date, that will be the date when the TV will reset to its initial state and will erase all the logins you enter (if any). Your login info is kept private, and in case you forgot to log out, the TV will do it for you.

Here is some additional helpful information:

Heating/Cooling:

-The thermostat is mounted to the hallway wall on the first floor. Please push “+” or “-” to adjust the temperature to your liking. The house has 2 independent systems, one for heating and one for cooling. When the cold season comes, we switch to heating, and cooling is disabled, and vice versa during the warm season.

Kitchen

-Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, etc.). Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils before leaving.

Trash bags are kept underneath the sink.

Bathroom

-Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap available. Extra towels are in the cabinet located under the sink.

Laundry

-You also have access to the washer and dryer. The washing powder and cleaning supplies are on the top shelf.

Trash

-The trash bins are located just on the east side of the garage and are usually picked up on Friday mornings unless it is a holiday. We would appreciate it if you moved the trash cans to the curve.

Getting around

-If you are looking for a restaurant or attraction, you can use the Annlia-House guidebook or/at annlia.com/stay. I have a list of a few attractions prepared for you.
