Annlia House Rules

We are excited you decided to book our House!

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules.

Just as a reminder, the maximum occupancy is 8 Adults (we have 4 rooms with one bed each). If you have infants traveling with you, you can bring your own travel crib.

- Quiet time: Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

- No Smoking: There shall NOT be smoking inside the home (including eCigarettes). Additional cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may be charged.

- Pets: NO pets allowed!

- Parking: Parking is provided on the driveway side by side. There are 3 parking spots in front of the house, and there are some available in the street. Please note that if your car is leaking any fluids other than water or condensation, we will ask you to remove it from the property or the street ASAP. Do NOT throw Oil cans in the trash bins! Damages resulting from the car's leaks will be charged separately at the cost of the professional cleaner. 

Garage is NOT available!

- Housekeeping: Please wash your dishes after use.

- Grill: Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our super guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home, as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. Keep the patio flooring grease-free!!! If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. 

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as coffee, tea, condiments, snacks, water, and fresh fruits. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- Please do not rearrange our furniture.

- Parties and events are NOT allowed.

 - If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

-The trash is usually picked up on Friday mornings. We would appreciate it if you moved the trash bins to the curve (the black bin is for general trash, and the blue bin is recycling only).

- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

Communication between the host and guest is written only through the Airbnb platform! 

For any damages to the property or its contents, you will be billed additionally.
