We do use Airbnb for listing and booking. Their Terms of Service and Privacy

At the bottom of the page, we have 2 social media links, one for Facebook terms and policy, and one for Instagram policy and terms.

 Booking

  Once booked, you agree to all terms, conditions, and rules!

 These rules are updated regularly without prior notice!

Communication

Communication related to the booking between the host and guest is handled only through the Airbnb platform. 

For general inquiries, surveys (other than the Airbnb review), please use the contact form or the other forms related to the specific subject.

Redirection and third-party services

If you are redirected from our Service to a third-party site (such as for car rental, wireless services, ...), please bear in mind that any bookings/purchases made through such a booking/shopping service will be with the third-party and not with us. We are not responsible for bookings/purchases made through third-party booking/shopping services, and we have no liability to you in respect of such a booking/purchase.
